Good bar food, lively and diverse crowd. Lots and lots of beers on tap and rotating in news ones quite regularly!
The place will not assure any security for your belongings. They will let broken boom gates go unfixed for months and expose all your bikes to crooks. Dozens gets stolen and all they can say - I am sorry to hear about your daughter’s bike. Northside is aware of the gate being broken and we are working to get that fixed ASAP. because of Covid- 19 we had to cancel our leasing agreement for this fall semester. But nobody care and nobody help. It's awful. The only they want is money.

I really enjoy living here and it is super convenient being so close to campus! I have lived here for almost three years and I will be signing a lease for a fourth year. The apartment are very modern and its a plus that the only utility you pay for is electricity!
my daughter & her friends live there for couple of years now. its safe, affordable , modern & close to her college. I'm very happy 😄 with northside apartments and I do recommend it to the other parents. god bless.
Pros: Looks nice, newish apartments Cons: I've lived at Northside for about a year now and everything was okay until I tried to get out if my lease two months ago. I started the re-letting process and didn’t really expect to find anyone to take up the last few months of my lease. But Northside found someone that wanted to take over my apartment and told me that I had to move out by the next weekend to get the apartment ready in time for the new tenant to move in.
