Needed deformed for a newly bought puppy. Told the people at this office what exactly the issue was and what I needed. They still insisted on charging me for unnecessary test. The lady in front was rude.. granted this was about a year+ ago. I really had trust in this vet clinic at one time but now they are completely about profit and it still bothers me how I was treated over a year ago.
Northside Animal Clinic is wonderful and very attentive. I made a quick appointment to have a nail trim and glands expressed and they got me right in. We were greated by friendly staff. My golden retriever was in and out pretty quickly.
