If I could give a ZERO I would. They have MISDIAGNOSED 2 MRIs for my 2 children. July of 2024 and November of 2025. Clearly NOT pediatric radiologists reading the scans. THOUSANDS of dollars wasted, LOST time in treatment. RIDICULOUS!
Checking in was super easy and very efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great experience all around. Edit: I just got my results - 2 weeks later after 3 follow up phone calls.

DO NOT GO TO NORTHSIDE PEDIATRIC IMAGING! DO NOT GIVE THEM INSURANCE. ASK FOR SELF PAY RATE. I would give zero stars if I could. First, the only thing "pediatric" about this place is some ocean wallpaper on one wall in the MRI room. No children's gowns or scrubs. No waiting room activities. No lidocaine. But worse, Northside is deliberately not disclosing all rates / payment options up front. Ask for the self pay rate! Quick results back to my doctor. I am not a fan of MRI's and they made me very comfortable. Would definitely use their office again.
