Angela is fantastic at her job if you ever wanna do MRI you would wish that you get Angela as your tech she Was phenomenal calm the patient down before the MRI even shared the spec of the machine and then add MRI kept checking on you and I would recommend anyone going to Northside Alpharetta request for room two and Angela!
Absolutely awful wait time. You are told to be at office 30minutes before appointment. What this means is you sit in waiting room for over an hour and 15 min before you are seen!! This happens time and time again. They just stack many appointment, at same time, on top of each other. No regard for your time! This will be my last visit there. I will go to Wellstar where I’m seen within 10min of my appointment time!!
Terribly run don’t worry about being on time because they don’t follow any type of schedule… arrived only to wait 1.5 hours😡
Waited two hours. Payed way more than we should have and was told to get a refund from insurance. Wouldn’t provide images.
NSH definitely will tell you something is wrong with your imaging so that you come back and pay cash because insurance won’t pay for another trip!
