I went to this location for my initial mammogram. Had to go to Woodstock to get further testing. Despite my having to dog them REPEATEDLY to get whatever they insisted they needed from my doctor, I had to physically go to Acworth, talk to someone, and then had to make sure the Woodstock location had the FAX number for my Dr. so I could get the followup (after sitting at the first appointment for 4 hours, leaving and having to reschedule the appointment). I went to this location for my first mammogram today. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews here, and prepped myself for a less than stellar experience. It could not have been farther than that. From the moment I stepped in the door into the cozy waiting area, Dylan, the receptionist greeted me kindly and helped direct me to fill out various paperwork. Would give 0 stars. Front desk were polite, but otherwise, I had a terrible experience, will not go back. I went in for an x-ray of my collarbone/neck/shoulder to see if anything was broken after a fall. It was the day after the injury and I had pretty bad pain. Of course they know why I'm in, how else would they know what to x-ray right...? The lady doing my x-ray proceeds to literally grab me by my injured shoulder and move me, to get me into the position she wanted. Well it hurt! I said something like, whoa, don't touch m... read more
