Northside was my HVAC company from 2012 - 2020, and I have switched service to a more customer-focused company. After ductwork, new furnace, and a new coil, I learned this week that Northside failed to submit a piece of paper that would have extended my warranty for an additional 5 years at no cost to Northside or me. The service manager and techs all gave a run-around on the warranty issue. I watched these men throw trash out the driver-side window of their work van. That's all I need to know about the disrespect they have for the community. I will never call this HVAC service.

I would highly recommend Northside. Got out to diagnose my AC not cooling below 75 within two days of me calling. Jeremy completed the diagnostic for me and identified a coil leak. He called Lennox himself to check for warranty coverage and confirmed the part would be under warranty (Appreciate the savings there!). He put in the order for the part and he was back at my house two days later and completed the repair. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HERE ON TIME AND WERE THROUGH.
What a great company. My AC went out on a Saturday night. Sunday Morning I called multiple companies. By 10am Northside had called me and gave me the option of coming out on a Sunday or waiting until Monday morning. John explained all the charges. I opted for Sunday! He said he would be at my house between 1 and 3 and at 1:30 he was at the house. He was quick and efficient and the air was back on by 2:30! Prices were very reasonable.
Great service and answered all my questions this time during our 3 month maintenance call....
Have been using Northside H&A since 2013 and can't be happier with the service.
