From the moment I arrived, I had a feeling this was going to be a frustrating experience. There were no signs on the door—which was locked—and it wasn’t until I went back to my packet that I noticed a brief note buried on page five instructing me to ring a gray box on the wall. Worst customer service ever! They don’t answer their phones and never return a call. All we need is a replacement mask and we are willing to pay for it… HORRIBLE
Can't get a cpap refill supply because of their failures - been years now.
Azizah was extremely helpful and kind. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. Great visit and helpful with the machine and mask.
