Dr Irene Daniel is a gem, incredible Dr. The staff and system on there other hand are i had to see my doctor for pre. Operation surgery, I would normally see Dr. Daniels, but I couldn't in time, so I had to see another Dr. they completely overlooked multiple steps of my pre. Operation surgery checklist, and I'm on short time you can't call them and get ahold of a human being. You get some kind of offstair call center. Had a similar negative experience with the reception desk staff. Not a patient-centered approach office and a lack of staff empathy for patients. This office needs training on how to treat patients kinder and with respect, especially when patients have waited months to schedule an appointment and are taking time out of their work day for these visits.
First floor. The worst experience dont even bother going there. I waited 20 minutes before going in and then they called me the nurse did everything and then I waited another 35 minutes no one came no one said anything. When I left i told them they didnt care. I rather stay with the pain then get treated. here.
