Lab wait is 2 hours . Annette the receptionist is very rude and tries to make you feel like you’re not welcome. She did the same thing 4 months ago thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Surprised she is working a front desk and helping sick people. Tech finished with me within a hour and 15. minutes. So not sure what she’s doing but poor customer service. However the Lab tech is very nice and cheerful and kind. She could use some help.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The associate doctor was very vague. The doctor had an unpleasant attitude upon entering the room! I actually could have completed my exam and checked my vitals without her presence. The visit was a complete waste of time. Absolutely nothing was accomplished. All of my extremely important questions were dismissed.
