Brought in my eldery parent who was ill and with so many various ailments soaring around, I wanted her to be examined to especially rule out covid or whatever else that could be tested based on their symptoms. This is a walk in clinic with a recommendation of making a reservation. We arrived around 240/245pm as walk-in, as there were zero appointments showing available online to reserve. This location is where my general care doctor is, my labs are taken, and where I go for immediate care. The service, in general, has been positive, but I cannot speak highly enough about the receptionists. Every time I go in, they are extremely kind and accommodating. Just the other day, my doctor forgot to put an order through for a test, and the one receptionist went out of his way to find a nurse who could help with this. The person at the front desk was rude and not helpful. Not even making any attempt to help. I was told there was not an order needed when there were two.
