This was actually a very positive urgent care experience. Very understanding, made me feel heard and did their best to help my symptoms.
I came in for ear pain and was diagnosed with an ear infection. The first doctor prescribed antibiotics with the discussion that if the pain didn’t resolve to return and follow-up. When I returned a week later and complained of continued pain, Dr. Duran didn’t bother to read my chart. Instead, she concluded I had jaw pain and couldn’t be persuaded otherwise. I have been coming here for many years and they are always very nice. The are a few people at the desk and new rules from Endeavor that make it a little more restrictive but doctors are great as is the staff. The long time staff are especially nice.
Such a shame-- used to be an excellent location. Lab hours have been drastically cut. 30-45 minute wait times seem constant, even with an appt. Front desk staff appears annoyed that the office has patients. Dr. Seyfert and Dr. Szabo continue to be bright spots amidst an otherwise disappointing experience.
