Let me start by saying I have been a patient since Highland Park was a stand alone hospital but I have utilized the Gurnee urgent care for the last time. I went in for a headache that had been going on for 5 days (typically do not get headaches aside from a normal take Advil and gone immediately every now and then) Dr. Jameel was so dismissive of the pain I was in.
