Grandma drove 1.5 hours for an appointment and took off work, was 6 minutes late, and they canceled her appointment. Chill out. This isn’t exactly Cleveland Clinic

Moved here and was told 10 week wait to get in to see doc as a new patient. I stopped by Endeavor Health for an ear infection and get a script refilled and was told NO. Go see a primary care doc. What a waste of time and they are a waste of service to the medical profession. I see now why their reviews are so bad and why the waiting room was empty when I walked in.
Would not come back or recommend anyone get lab work done here. When you have a 915 appt and are not seen until 1030, only after having to remind the front desk that you have been waiting for an hour plus, does NOT make for a place that would be recommended.
It was the 1st time my daughter got her blood drawn for a physical, and the lab tech made it a horrible experience. I was asking my daughter to breathe and to try and relax. The lab tech lady said, "You need to relax. That's how you kids start to hyperventilate and then pass out." How is that going to help my daughter relax? Then she asked my daughter if she made a tight fist, and before she could answer, she jammed the needle in her arm and proceeded to take her blood. She was very rude.
