Doctor was very compassionate about my health situation. She helped me tremendously. Thank you. Just had some lab work done and the ladies could not have been nicer. Very professional and gentle. Super friendly staff!
Went to immediate care as a walk-in on a Saturday. The wait wasn’t terrible. I felt that Dr Durst was very thorough and caring. She addressed my condition and any concerns, and I left with necessary treatment.
The care here is so mediocre especially for the location. Surprisingly the Round lake Beach location is way better and provides better care. If my son gets sick and I can’t get to the emergency room why should we have to wait? Immediate care needs to be on a walk in basis not by appointment availability. 🙏🏽
