Would not come back or recommend anyone get lab work done here. When you have a 915 appt and are not seen until 1030, only after having to remind the front desk that you have been waiting for an hour plus, does NOT make for a place that would be recommended.

It was the 1st time my daughter got her blood drawn for a physical, and the lab tech made it a horrible experience. I was asking my daughter to breathe and to try and relax. The lab tech lady said, "You need to relax. That's how you kids start to hyperventilate and then pass out." How is that going to help my daughter relax? Then she asked my daughter if she made a tight fist, and before she could answer, she jammed the needle in her arm and proceeded to take her blood. She was very rude. I came to the urgent care due to right shoulder region below posterior scapular pain. Assessed, vital’s signs taken and x- rays taken. Diagnosis done. Information for definitive treatment and follow up. I am grateful for reassurance , diagnosis and treatment. Thank you all so much.

I had to go in for my annual blood test today, which I’ve been putting off because of some bad experiences in the past (and you’ll see why). I warned the phlebotomist upfront about my anxiety and fear of needles, but she seemed like she had dealt with worse—people even fainting, she said. I reassured her that I wasn’t that bad.
