The woman on the far left of the check in desk was on her cell phone when I walked in and rude when I spoke to her.
Online operator advised this location has a walk in lab without needing an appointment so I walked in to find their lab wasn't open and was told to come the next day. I tried again and the receptionist said the lab was still closed and she had no idea when it would open again. Also she suggested I check their website first before just walking in since their lab always is closed on Wednesday, which was the day I walked in there for the first time after talking to the Northshore online operator. Their telephone system is total crap they keep transferring you from one line to another for new patient appointments and have you wait for longer than 10mins and even when you get to the right agent they don't schedule it and transfer again to the scheduler who I haven't figured out yet.
