My 95-year old Mother went in for a test, which showed she had a UTI. A staff member (Joanne) left me a voicemail on a Friday afternoon about my Mom, asking me to call her back. I was shocked and impressed that when I called back I was actually able to reach her. She helpfully discussed a prescription, including an oral alternative because my Mom has difficulty swallowing larger-sized pills. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Abrams for as long as I can remember and she has always done right by us. I just had my most recent physical and she was awesome. For example, when my blood pressure was first taken it was high and she was concerned. I explained that I usually need to do my blood pressure a second time after i have "settled in." Dr. Abrams insisted that I wait 5 more minutes after the physical so that she could get a 2nd blood pressure reading, which turned out just fine! That is someone who is listening ... read more
