The staff is amazing and very knowledgable and thorough. However!!! The admin staff are not friendly at all. I arrived for my appointment to find out it was canceled. Apparently I “no showed” 2 appointments. This is not true. I canceled one on line, 6 weeks ago when I was out of the country and would not be back in time. I call and left a voicemail that I had an emergency for the other one and after coming here for more than 6 months I am very disappointed at the attitude. No one called me to see if I was ok or to inform me ... read more
