DO NOT VISIT! Especially if you are using workman's comp. No one will ask you about it before you show up and then they will make you pay. I borrowed a car and drove an hour out of the city because they didn't give me any other options, and it meant I was self-pay because I don't have insurance otherwise. Neurology Department is awesome. Receptionist are awesome. And Megan Shanks is the best neurologist out there
Was there on New Year’s eve. Daughter had a small fracture. The facility is very clean and not crowded. The lady at the front desk was respectful and helpful. So were the doctor, his assistant and the nurse. Received the help we needed and I am very grateful for it! Thank you.
I absolutely love northshore. This location has the best staff! Everyone is so kind and understanding.
