I have been seeing Poland and coming 2 the Mundelein office for over 20 yrs and My husband & I have never been spoken 2 by the nurses the way we were talked 2 2day. Last wk Cyndi told me to call back this wk that both my husband and my scripts couldn’t be filled until 3.21. We call back starting Monday to only find out Poland is on vacation. This is for the Mundelein location. Worst experience today. Went in for what I thought was a sinus infection. 2 hours and 7 minutes later finally finished being seen. I kept being over looked on the immediate care list. They need to get there act together.
Dr. Ortega is amazing. She has always treated me like a person first and then a patient.
