My mom was hospitalized last year with a consult for vascular surgery with Dr. El Khoury. We never saw her in the hospital and my mom’s discharge was delayed because we were waiting on clearance from vascular surgery. She sent her physician’s assistant to speak to us and we never saw Dr. El Khoury. We scheduled a follow up appointment for March 25th, but it was rescheduled by her office. Billing wrong side Ugh
I been in this area for over 15years and every time I come to the emergency room with my children no matter what the case is they always put there people before us! I will be filing a complaint against this hospital! discrimination at it’s finest been here 3 hours people walk in and walk right out I’m not letting this go
On 2/4/25 I visited the radiology department of Skokie hospital for pelvic ultrasound scan. I had tailbone pain and hip pain but the technician did not pay attention to my request for a soft pillow, for the first part of my exam. Then the technician asked me to change my clothes for the second part of the test in the bathroom!!! where no seat or space for my cloths was available! Worst hospital ever if you have to go to the ER. Longest wait time and doesn’t care if you came in on ambulance or if you are bleeding out. They will leave you in lobby for hours. I’m reporting this hospital to BBB AND THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL
