If I could give this woman zero stars, I would. Rupa Desai is condescending, judgmental and DOESN'T even look at you when you're in the room. She's dismissive. SHE DISMISSED MY SYMPTOMS !! This woman is unbelievable. She DID NOT provide me with care that I specifically asked for. I left the office shamed and belittled. Her negligence put my health at risk. I've contacted the managers and not a single person in this establishment has done anything about it. They just protect her. PROTECT YOURSELVES and AVOID.

The staff in this location is poorly trained to handle patients' needs and/or family members' needs over the phone. Brett, apparently a manager at this location, has no people skills. Ashley, the person who first answered the phone, was rude and immature. She kept saying "anyways!" to me, like she was speaking to a teenager. When I told Brett about this, he acted like he didn't care and was pretty rude himself. Very little professionalism by these supposed "professionals."

While I agree with a previous review that Dr. Desai is terrible (she told me that my tonsils were swollen... but I had them removed when I was a child), the other doctors are quite decent. Dr. Tanney is my favorite. He is a very gentle, knowledgeable, kind doctor. He listens to your concerns and thinks over a prognoses before assigning one.
