I’ve never been more disappointed before. I have been researching about a hydrafacial for months now. I scheduled with Northshore Skin. I was told by the office when calling that the facial takes around 40 minutes. I was in the chair for all of 20 minutes. It’s a 5 step facial; only 1 step was taken if that’s even what you call it.
