Everyone made me feel like family. Everyone I met was awesome and very caring. I didn’t meet one single person that did t give 100% to my rehabilitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Northshore rehab to anyone that needs physical therapy.
Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital has helped to provide much needed help in getting me to a place that I feel safe and comfortable to resume my continued healing from cancer and pulmonary diseases. The staff are great about communicating with each other weather it is the nurses or the individual Physical Therapy treatments they are administering I know by their attentiveness to me and my needs so I have specific instructions and guidelines to get me back to where I need to be quickly without haveing to repeat anything. I Have been at this facility for several weeks now after have a botched back surgery and I was rushed to the Oschner main hospital on Jefferson Hwy. once there I have to have another surgery to correct the one that the pain management doctor screwed up. I have 2 major surgeries in three days. Once I was cleared to leave Jefferson Hwy, I was transported to Northshore Rehab facility where I had to undergo major, major rehab because I was laid up on my back for three for almost a month. Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital is an amazing facility!! All of the staff are incredible. Nurses, CNA’s, Occupational and Physical Therapist are always upbeat, positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. They are kind and loving to the patients in their care. The progress our mother has made since her broken hip and subsequent strokes has been astounding. If you are in need of rehabilitation services this is the facility you need to choose!
I recently had emergency surgery on my ankle following a fall, and a few days after was transferred to Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital. The staff there was outstanding. They were kind and attentive, and the communication between departments was excellent. When I left at the end of my stay, I felt ready to safely manage in my home again.
