GVA bought Northshore Place in Portland, TX and I am extremely disappointed. The staff in the office is friendly and some of the issues are not their fault. However, I have reported ROACHES to them and their response is "I'm sorry we don't have a contract with a pest control company yet, you could go buy bug bombs". 1st) it is not my responsibility to come out of pocket for a bug problem. Great place to live while I’m working out of town the staff is A+
There is dog feces everywhere on the grounds. No one picks up after their pets poop and management doesn’t enforce it!
I don't live there yet lol 😂 but I want to move there next year
I appreciate that Northshore is well lit everywhere including the parking lot, common areas, stairs, and hallways. It is very dark at neighboring apartment making it very difficult and unsafe to drive.
Northshore Place is by far the best apartment housing in Portland and surrounding areas. The brand new buildings are modern, amenities are great and the staff is very attentive and kind! From dog treats and cookies in the clubhouse, to snowballs and other goodies on special days, Northshore is the BEST.
