Got my blood drawn plenty of times in my life. The lab tech (younger lady) was unnecessarily rough and rude. It never hurt so bad any other time. She has no business working with customers, clearly never heard of what it means to be customer oriented or simply polite. Never coming back if I can help it.
Not sure why I am still part of this hospital system. It is getting worse and worse everyday. You can’t find appointments for lab work and when you do make an appointment,there is still a long wait for the blood draw. What is the sense of making an appointment if you don’t have the system support it.
Called in to make a lab test appointment. First several mins of call waiting. The rep was unfamiliar with the location by city, and difficult to communicate. She hung up the phone. I had to redial and then wait again. Northshore group used to be very good. It seems deteriorating. What is going on?
