I would not recommend this office. I had a brief visit (around 10–15 minutes) with no treatment and no meaningful medical decision-making. I was simply told to return if symptoms continued. Despite that, I was billed as a 30–44 minute new patient visit (CPT 99203). When I called to question it, I was told this is “based on national averages” and that all new patients are essentially billed this way. Formal Warning:‼️ Deceptive Billing Practices and Preventive Care Violations. I am posting this to alert the Vernon Hills and surrounding community regarding the predatory billing practices at Endeavor Health, specifically involving the office of Dr. Inna Lvovna Podoksik, MD. If i could give zero stars I would the phlebotomists need more training in how to properly draw blood how are you gonna put the needle in and keep poking inside my arm while it’s in trying to find the “vein “ did that with both of my arms and sent me to another lady and she was able to get my blood drawn but it resulted in me getting a hematoma and a really sore arm , don’t think I will be coming here again.

My care team never responds to my messages on the portal. They constantly ignore me to the point where I have to call and get someone to remind them or move my message to high priority. Even then they never get back to me. The portal is a joke and these doctors and “care teams” do not care about you. I literally have to beg them to treat me like a human being. I’ve been going here for years and I think it’s time for me to find a new doctor elsewhere. Also they let a woman attack me in their parking lot.. that’s another story... read more

I had my blood drawn on Tuesday and the experience was extremely unpleasant. The technician fished for a vein in the wrong location, probing my arm instead of stopping and reassessing. This caused discomfort and resulted in a hematoma that developed shortly afterward. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment that the location was incorrect, and no concern shown for the discomfort being caused.
