Absolutely atrocious ... system is designed to make things as difficult for the patient as possible.
I have always been one to speak praises of Endeavor and our family’s health care team. We’ve had lab work done at this location before and shrugged off the long waits. However, yesterday’s visit to this lab left us extremely upset and we will not return to this location for lab services. My 15 month old had a routine order. Warning: Do NOT use the online appointment system for this location (or for any locations within Endeavor Health). My daughter made an appointment via their online appoint system and, after weeks of waiting and finally arriving on site for the appointment, was told that the doctor was not accepting any new patient. The receptionist said it was a known issue in their system and simply sent her away. We are back to square one with her search for a new physician, which takes months these days. Had a lab appointment. I arrived early, was taken early and had a great phlebotomist. She was friendly and very quick. I forget her name but I appreciate her.
