My care team never responds to my messages on the portal. They constantly ignore me to the point where I have to call and get someone to remind them or move my message to high priority. Even then they never get back to me. The portal is a joke and these doctors and “care teams” do not care about you. I literally have to beg them to treat me like a human being. I had my blood drawn on Tuesday and the experience was extremely unpleasant. The technician fished for a vein in the wrong location, probing my arm instead of stopping and reassessing. This caused discomfort and resulted in a hematoma that developed shortly afterward. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment that the location was incorrect, and no concern shown for the discomfort being caused. I always admire endeavor health medical group staff for their professionalisam, but last lab test visit was very disappointing. I schedule lab test appointment, reached on time and then nurse told me lab order is not present in system. I logged in through phone and shown her doctor order but still she was denying. She just simply don't want to work and started shouting by raising voice. Very rude staff and I highly suggest not to go to this location for any medical work!!
Service is the worst. Drawing blood should not require an hour wait! Also the chairs are quite uncomfortable!
