She's a great doctor. Sits down, and really listens. It's hard to find a primary care doctor. I'd highly recommend Dr. Douglas!
According to the text message I received, my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM. I arrived at the office at 11:30 AM, only to be told that I was late and that the doctor would not be able to see me. The receptionist explained that I was expected to arrive by the "arrival time" of 11:15 AM rather than the appointment time of 11:30 AM. However, the message I received was unclear and misleading. She never gives medication on time and showed up for an appointment that she didn’t even put in the vaccine recommendation for. She also is money hungry and will tell you that she needs to see you just to make a paycheck. Stay away!!!! This is my third bad experience with her.
