I would give 0 stars if I could. Saw her back in June for a physical. Requested medication two weeks later throw the NCH portal or endeavor health whatever you want to call it now It was prescribed for me by a previous doctor. However, She stated I needed a OV didn’t see why considering it was within 30 day time frame just got all my bloodwork back etc but I still scheduled per her request. Dr Douglas is my new doctor Endever health she is very pleasant easy to get along with. To me that is very important. She is updated on her medical knowledge. And that is super important to me. Also you don't have to wait forever this is very important to me also. I would recommend Dr Douglas do anybody that want the good doctor. Cynthia Dickstein
Came in to establish care with a new primary care doc. She did a comprehensive assessment of my overall health, even though I had no complaints. Very perspective doctor who made me feel heard. Staff was very nice. Facilities are very clean and well run.
Meet with Dr. Douglas for the first time and was very impressed that she had reviewed my medical history. Very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Kind while addressing my issues. Will look forward to working with her in the future!
Very unprofessional behavior during my husbands appointment. No follow up on results that were very important on tests. Response time was poor to explain her negligence to discuss the results of tests.
