She never gives medication on time and showed up for an appointment that she didn’t even put in the vaccine recommendation for. She also is money hungry and will tell you that she needs to see you just to make a paycheck. Stay away!!!! This is my third bad experience with her.

This doctor was my primary care physician for about a year and a half. She placed me on Mounjaro for elevated A1c without explaining the side effects. This medication after seven injections nearly killed me this spring whereby I could not eat solid food for two months. I drove 50 miles today for an appointment and called ahead saying I would be five minutes late and the receptionist said that I had a 15 minute window. I would give 0 stars if I could. Saw her back in June for a physical. Requested medication two weeks later throw the NCH portal or endeavor health whatever you want to call it now It was prescribed for me by a previous doctor. However, She stated I needed a OV didn’t see why considering it was within 30 day time frame just got all my bloodwork back etc but I still scheduled per her request. Dr Douglas is my new doctor Endever health she is very pleasant easy to get along with. To me that is very important. She is updated on her medical knowledge. And that is super important to me. Also you don't have to wait forever this is very important to me also. I would recommend Dr Douglas do anybody that want the good doctor. Cynthia Dickstein
