This place has gone downhill FAST. Was better when it was northshore. Can't get anyone on the phone, doctors and nurses take forever to respond to emails/ messages, most of the time its no response at all. Also how does it take 3 business days to do a refill request on medication. Absolutely unacceptable. Been coming here for 20 years. Might be time to find a new doctor outside of endeavor.
