Had my first time appointment today with northshore MFM, the whole entire experience was just ok, not great, people were not as friendly as expected. Someone called me from the office to schedule for the next appointment, oh wow the lady on the phone was very rude and had zero patience, she hung up the phone immediately after she’s done talking, don’t think I want to go back again, will call back to cancel the appointment, now I know why the reviews are bad.
