I have been on hold an hour to try and schedule an appt. I've tried calling 3 times and this last time for the hour, I have called 3 other groups to schedule appointments and taken 2 calls that required a conversation. Still on hold with Northshore. Whomever is in charge of operations needs to be fired. If I could give this negative stars I would.
Most receptionist (esp. Old White folks) at the front desks of this hospital does NOT have a pleasing personality when greeting patients of color. Extremely rude - Does not greet patients with good morning or how are you. One of them. Was even chewing a gum like a goat while asking me questions - so unprofessional. If you don't like your job, then leave. Let someone elae with a pleasing personality sit to greet and check-in patients.
Made an appointment 2 weeks ago with Dr. Kelikian nurse to get an injection in my right ankle. When I get to the receptionist to check in, I find out that they canceled my appointment. Why because they are too busy today. They should have called
