We have the highest regard for the North Shore Marina staff. They are courteous, helpful and respectful. We've been customers for years and we and all our guests have always received excellent service.
Treated like a 2nd class citizens, as the only minorities to visit. We have never had such bad service. We were categorized as "convicts" and one of the staff became very belligerent towards us, in front of our little children, with racist rants.
Recently moved to the area and was lucky enough to connect with Travis and Richie. Absolutely phenomenal service. We slip out of the Maxwell Bay location, extremely clean and well kept Marina! Looking forward to many years at North Shore.
North Shore Browns Bay. The best!! Love the location and customer service.
