I arrived here before they even opened at 7:40 in the morning. Trying to get a strep test they require you also get a Covid test. Because of the requirement of the Covid test I have been waiting in my car for 2 1/2 hours now. There is not a single person that I was in line with still here. Get some miraculous reason there are still two people ahead of me in line to be called in. I am absolutely furious as I got here before they even opened. We took our child here in February for a small laceration on his forehead. He was seen briefly and only a small dab of surgical glue was placed on his forehead. Most of the time spent there was waiting for the surgical glue to dry, and nothing else was done. For this visit we received a bill for $812! That's after my insurance paid them. I've been to other urgent care centers for far worse conditions and had diagnostic tests performed and never paid more than a small copay or $100 - $200. I’ve had only positive experience there, not sure why so many negative reviews🤔Everybody is friendly and ready to help. I like this location

This location is closed on weekends. After being turned away at deerfield 75 minutes before “closing” we drove to Buffalo Grove because the website said open until 7:45. Northshore gets bigger with worse service every day.
