Worst clinics ever they literally sent me home with a breathing machine that stopped working meanwhile my baby chest is heaving and sinking into his stomach! I call to get a new one and they saying I have come back in and do another appointment to be checked and wait 24-48 hours for a prescription for the same prescription they already sent me home with!!!!
The staff were very nice and professional my only complaint is that it’s very COLD IN THE BUILDING !!! Please get some heat up in there!
I have been to a couple of NorthShore locations and the location in EastChicago has a great staffing team there. I find it very unfair that the employees and patients has to sit in there and freeze. It is almost impossible to stay in the waiting area waiting for your time in the back. I feel so bad for the staffs there in the front I can just imagine how cold they are trying to give out the best customer service they have with all trying to keep their selves warm. no one deserves to work in that kind of environment.
The practitioners here are great, but the receptionists give condescending, resentful, and compassionless stares and answers- as if you're interrupting their social media time. It's depressing
The front desk was very nice and customer service was amazing but the temperature was very cold please I would like my next visit to be comfortable because all I could think about was how cold I was
