Great experience at Northshore Eye Clinic! Dr. Katie Nguyen, OD was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, yet explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. She patiently answered all my questions from basic eye testing to LASIK and dry eye concerns without ever rushing. JC was also super helpful and quick with the paperwork, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Great experience for my LASIK follow-up at Northshore eye clinic! ( inside Optical at Sam’s Club). JC was very friendly and made the initial eye tests quick and smooth. Dr. Katie Nguyen, OD was thorough and took the time to check my eye health and address my dry eye concerns. She explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice about managing dryness and screen time.
