The wait times are completely insane. I'm talking HOURS. Go somewhere else unless you are totally desperate.
My daughter has been getting her infusions here for a year now and the staff is great, facility is fun. Love it
I got a $400 bill for a wrong device! Came in with a 5 year old after a trampoline accident. He got the X-rays taken and received a walker boot. We went to a doctor the next day per Northshore’s recommendation and the doctor laughed at the boot he received. They gave him a teenager’s size boot. We got a proper size one at the doctor and tried to return the wrong one, but they would not take it as it’s a hygienic device. Very disappointed
Horrible service. Front desk lady rude beyond belief. Never go there again. Wish I could give negative stars. Stay away.
