RecommendedQuick, friendly, honest service from Mr. Joe
I live in the south shore and was up in Covington on business. My battery light came on so I stopped at a parts store. The diagnosed that my alternator was bad. They gave me 5 auto repair shops to call. I needed the repair done that same day. Northshore was the only one who said they would take me and have it fixed before the end of the day. That is incredible customer service. The next time I need repairs done to my car, I will drive all the way to Covington to give Northshore my business. Thanks Joe.

Our Lincoln blew a head gasket on Our way from Fl to Tx. We had the tow truck drop it off to a repair shop close to a hotel that we chose to stay for the night. We are so fortunate that it was taken to Joe's business!!! We were given the bad news that the engine was ruined, but Joe gave us all the options needed to make a decision for repair. On afternoon of the December 27, 2016 our water pump broke on our vehicle traveling from Virginia to San Antonio. I called around to different auto repair shops around the area and everyone kept saying it was getting close to closing and that they were full for the holidays except Joe at Northshore Automotive.
