As you’ll see, I’ve never given a bad review on Google. I’m writing this because I feel intimidated and that I need to have a paper trail. I also read a review from a couple months ago where a woman named Hannah had similar issues. When I moved into the unit I live in managed by NorthShore and owned by FMA, the tub did not drain at all, nor did the bathroom sink. My husband and I rented from Eric and Andy at North Shore Apartments earlier this year. Upon meeting them, I got a good first impression and thought they would be a joy to work with. After four months into our lease, my husband and I found an apartment we wanted to buy. We called our landlord, who north shore apartment works with, and asked if there was a way we could move out. My student had a sublet through Northshore Apts this summer. She has since moved to another property, but I inadvertently mailed her a package to the old address. I called Eric at Northshore, and although my student is no longer their client, he drove over to the property right away, tracked down the package and delivered it to the new address. That is great customer service! Thank you Eric!
