We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the consultation to install, it was awesome. All our concerns were addressed and we loved their attention to details. Windows were purchased under 2 years ago. They were friendly however some of our windows are leaking right now. We reached out to them about fixing the leaks but they have said they won't do it. The installation warranty they advertise is not true. 1/3 of our window casings have been damaged by the water leak. The drywall has in those areas have been damaged as well.
