We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the consultation to install, it was awesome. All our concerns were addressed and we loved their attention to details. Windows were purchased under 2 years ago. They were friendly however some of our windows are leaking right now. We reached out to them about fixing the leaks but they have said they won't do it. The installation warranty they advertise is not true. 1/3 of our window casings have been damaged by the water leak. The drywall has in those areas have been damaged as well. North Shield Windows were absolutely amazing from the sales process to the installation process. Jayson and Alex made the whole process seamless and took the time and effort to ensure that we chose the correct type of windows for home. On the day of installation, Alex and his team replaced the windows without any disruption. Moreover they made sure that they cleaned both inside and outside of the house before leaving. Many thanks.
