Great price. Great quality craftsmanship. Worked sun up to nearly sundown in hot humid conditions. Didn’t try to up sell like all other vendors I called for estimates.

We live in a 100 year old house. The rafters in our original roof broke and we had a mess. We wanted to repair the structure and re-roof with metal because it's lighter. I went around our neighborhood and talked to 5 neighbors that had metals roofs and eventually landed on Northrup. However, it didn't go well. I got a couple of quotes from Rich. Both times he showed up on time and the quotes came back very similar in price to others. I did not end up hiring anyone for the service as our house hit the market quicker than expected, but I would recommend Northrup based on the service I received during the quoting process.

We hired them about 5 years ago to replace windows and trim. In addition to having multiple problems with the install, our trim is completely failing. It was supposed to be Apex, but wood was used instead and is now completely rotten. More importantly, two contractors have confirmed that the trim was installed improperly, which is why is is rotting. It haa damaged our newly redashed stucco and has caused leaking inside the house.
