I was recently performing a home inspection and my client had to be absent for part of the appointment. Janette Coffee was the agent and she stuck around for the full inspection. She took notes and we both learned a lot about our respective process’. She was attentive and very helpful with background info on our client and the house. I highly recommend her for anyone that needs an agent!
Agent was unproductive and did not market our home.
Mixed feelings about this place. I have spoken with Suzanne who works there and she’s really fantastic but I just wasn’t ready to buy a home yet. I felt bad. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely want her to help me when I am ready next year to buy a home. I called Northrop about a rental and the listing was not accurate. It originally said on Zillow pets were negotiable. I recently worked with Moe Vaziri to sell my home and he did a fantastic job. I have bought and sold 12 properties over the years, working with many realtors, and most I would never recommend again. Moe is in the small list of ones I would gladly work with again. He was highly professional and very thorough, making sure every item was followed up on and everything was delivered on time.
