This is not a good company, you are nothing more than a number, not a human being.
We were so blessed to have Shaun Elhai as our agent. He was not only easy to work with, he treated us as if we were his most important clients. Shaun answered every question and returned every call with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude. He made selling our home so easy. We had a contract in ten days. Shaun and his team were awesome!
If you have Mike Clevenger as your agent, run the other direction. Very unprofessional, unreliable and is only in it for himself. He’s the worst agent. After he’s eligible for his commission in the time frame, he won’t answer your phone call. Craig Northrop and his daughter Victoria were kind enough to take care of our closing. I won’t recommend this team especially for first time home buyers!
