Outstanding, very professional & very personable.
First you lost my application. Now I am just trying to open an account and transfer funds from my account to my wife account. Been to branch 5 times and still not able to do anything because of barriers put up each time I was not told about. No wonder this credit union has a 1 rating and that is generous.
I've been with this credit union for approximately 23 years and I have gotten loans in the past, but for some reason loans I have gotten especially the one most recent that I already had closed on my report. I'm late or delinquent with payments went. I have proof that I've already paid. I spoke to customer representative, about a month ago, she cleared it up for me and said that everything was taken care of, but as recent as about two days ago, there was a derogatory statement saying that I had a delinquent account on my loa... read more
