I'll be honest: I was going to leave a four-star review of Emory Lakes. It's pricey, and what you're mostly paying for is the peaceful neighborhood and scenery. The apartments are well-equipped and maintained, but I wouldn't say that the interiors are top-of-the-top luxurious. It’s been a great experience so far. I’m glad to be moving into a nice apartment with a great team. Mary and Sarah were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and straightforward. I’m looking forward to getting my things moved in and starting this next chapter here.

Unlawful Retaliation, ADA Violations, and Discriminatory Conduct As a resident with multiple ADA-protected medical conditions—including diabetes, neuropathy, and temperature-sensitive GI complications. I submitted a reasonable accommodation request to Emory Lakes Luxury Apartments (managed by Aspen Square Management, Inc.) for proper HVAC functionality.
