Business banking online access is the very worst you could possibly imagine. The phone app is *slightly* better, but only slightly. I've been an accountant for 30 years and dealing with online banking since the early 2000s. Honestly, I had more functionality from Chase Bank in 2002 than I have from Northrim in 2026. But it's not my decision which bank we use, and Chase Bank isn't available in Alaska anyway. I have no idea if the personal side is better because I want nothing more to do with this company.
