Poor customer service, and does not properly train their staff. They gave me misguided information which cost me my vehicle and clientele. From the front desk to manager no support or help in any way shape or form. Plus bank to bank they don’t communicate. Take names, titles, dates, times, and record the conversation if possible. Do not trust these incompetent people.
Alysia and Bobby cheerfully helped me open an account yesterday. The process was quick, simple and their knowledge was informative as well. Banking experiences can often times be routine and droll, but not in this case. Both of them seemed much younger than me, and relatively new to their jobs, but as engaging and professional as seasoned pros. Northrim, a 100% local company, would be lucky to have either of them grow into leadership roles. I was most impressed!
