The worst bank I've ever used. It's inconvenient—you can’t make card-to-card transfers without verifying the account, which I've been waiting for since August. They gave me my salary, then took it back. You can’t change your phone number for online payments, and even closing an account with this miserable bank requires a fee. Basically, if you have the chance, open an account with a decent, large bank. But the customer service is great; the team does their job at the highest level
Very dissatisfied with Northrim Bank. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for a long time, with no success. I have received many excuses, but never a solution. Repeated phone calls have proved fruitless.
This northrim apperently has different policies then other northrim banks and wouldn't allow me to do a transaction Ive never had a issue with. This was on a holiday they were the only branch open.
