I was visiting Anchorage. My Vrbo washing machine needed quarters to do a wash. Where to find quarters. I stopped by a downtown Northrim Bank branch. They were very kind and helped me solve my problem. Not a customer. Still great service.

Outstanding customer care! They tend to establish personal relationships with their customers. I felt cared and valuable. Lua was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location. You can even park by the bank on E street for 15 minutes or on the second floor garage above the bank and they will cover it for you.
I am very satisfied with the service. It's the second time that I travel and my card gets blocked, I wrote an email to Lua Leota and she solved my problem in a few minutes. She is always at my disposal for any problems related to the bank, because of her I have only positive experiences!
Opened an account for my new business today. Ruth took fantastic care of me and was so lovely and encouraging! The tellers were welcoming too. I’m looking forward to banking there.
