I've been with Northrim for a while now and I definitely am sure that I'm going to continue banking with them because they definitely look out for their customers and they take care of them if you need a good bank or is looking or is looking for good one this is a place to be.
Very small area but the gentlemen were very helpful and polite.
While their service is usually good, the website is nearly unusable, not even allowing the download of excel or or QBO files to import. What kinda bank doesn't offer these standard file types? They will only let you download a readable PDF. Which is great if it's 1995.
They moved but when we found the bank the staff was very helpful and assisted us immediately.Quyana for your courteous service..
