Wendy assistant manager is extremely rude and lacks communication skills, a simple check deposit turned into a headache
Awful customer service, and they cannot keep employees. It is hard and I understand that, but it is really challenging to plan to take 5 minutes at a bank drive thru and be stuck there for 30 minutes.
Terrible bank, staff need much more training. Can’t wait for a couple of more months to close both of my business accounts.
