Please do not bank here, had a very racist experience with this bank location. Was treated very poorly based on ethnicity. Will never return my business here. I hope northrim can reflect on this incident and implement better training for their staff to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. Inclusivity should be a priority, and I encourage the bank to take steps toward a more welcoming environment for all.
Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. As a contractor for over 10 yrs I go to all the banks on a regular basis to cash checks and never experienced service like that. Extremely difficult to cash checks there and the tellers are rude. My business will no longer accept Northrim bank checks.
I've been banking with Northrim Wasilla branch for years, incredible staff, well managed. Have full filled all my banking needs. A much better Bank, period.
