Be careful, y’all. Their customer service admitted they’re taking returns, repacking them, and selling them to us as new. This is from my email conversation with the rep, who I won’t name: “Very sorry that these arrived to you in this fashion as that is not our intention at all. I called to get a quote on possible service install of RAS for my Toyota Tacoma. I bought a Roadactive Assist System(RAS) and wanted a quote to install it, but they seemed like they weren't interested in my business. During these times I would think they would want more business, but I guess they're good. Well, I guess the only positive thing I can say about this shop it gave my the drive to do it myself and save some money. That would be the only positive thing I can say about this shop, lol.
I have bought many parts over the years for my JL. Recently i ordered replacement parts I wore out. 2 out of 3 came in the third I called a week later to see about shipment. Customer service said it was still out, they bought it through a third party full price didn’t upcharge me I got it within a couple of days. Amazing customer service thanks !
Purchased a headlight kit for my boyfriend’s old Toyota Pickup, and had some issues with shipment. I called the number on the website to try and change the delivery address, and the woman on the other line, Leah, was incredibly kind, high speed, and helpful! She was able to change the address for me and was very patient. I wish all customer service members were this pleasant.
