Well, looks like I will no longer be a customer of Northridge 4x4. I've spent thousands of dollars with them, most noteably over $11K last month alone. My dissappointment came this week when I tried to exchange/return a set of rhino rack legs to mount my pioneer platform rack to my backbone system on my jeep wrangler. Tried to buy a winch from them and their website was a pain to use. Spoke to customer service twice and then gave up because they guy was kind of rude. I bought the winch from one of their competitors who had an easier process. If the customer service was friendlier I would have bout from Northridge
Had a retractable roof and a Jeep bed cover install a while we waited in an hour and 10 minutes.
Be careful, y’all. Their customer service admitted they’re taking returns, repacking them, and selling them to us as new. This is from my email conversation with the rep, who I won’t name: “Very sorry that these arrived to you in this fashion as that is not our intention at all. It does look as though some of this has been used, and I know UPS does not handle our shipments with that much care.“ Just know they are aware of this and are trying to blame UPS.
