I was planning to purchase a set of tires and called Northridge4x4 with some questions. Sean E. answered my questions and helped me out tremendously. He even called me the next day to get my vehicle information so that my new TPMS sensors could be programmed prior to shipping to me. Thank you Sean and the rest of the team at Northridge 4x4 for providing the best customer service Anyone could ask for!
Requested for my order to be cancelled (order was made at 12:09 AM) a little over 30 minutes after I made the order (cancel email was sent at 12:43 AM). I got an email in the morning saying that it is too late. Kind of ridiculous since y’all should’ve checked that email in the morning before the order was even shipped. I’m probably not spending my money with Northridge any longer, what a waste of money.

Ordered headlights on the morning of Sept 13, 2024. I go online with the chat feature on the afternoon of the 19th wondering when my headlights will show up as I was planning on installing them this weekend. Their website states that if you order before noon for in-stock items, they should ship that day. Items where listed as in-stock when I placed my order.
