I have spent upwards of $10k here, and it seems like the more money I spend, the worse the customer service gets. Very frustrating to say the least.
I’m giving them 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Ordered an ARB Bondi bumper that was listed as “in stock”. After ordering, I was told it ships from supplier within 1-2 days. After 3 days with no tracking, I contact ARB. They say not in stock, not in country. I contact Northridge to cancel order and get refund. They call ARB and verify what I said, then they cancel order and they say 3-5 days for refund. Called in last night and the gentleman said 3 of the parts I was looking for were available. Sales guy said it would be no problem to stop in and get them tomorrow. Get there today and the front desk guy couldn’t run any of their systems. Refused to call someone while I was there and told me to call back on the phone to get someone to order the part. I will not be returning here for parts.
Great folks to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a Bestop Trektop Ultra for my 2020 Willys JLU in May. The guys were nice enough to honor the jeepbeach 2023 price for me. My buddy and i did the install on a Saturday morning in FL. Went without a hitch....until we got to the side curtains. Protip....You MUST get the top nice and hot to have any chance of clipping those side curtains in on first install. It will require two people.
