Have been here for 12 years,because of no fault of my own I was asked to vacate , I don't recommend this duplexes,have to wait many days for maintenance issues to be resolved if at all Sheila the manager and her assistant Sylvia do not care about tenants , across from unit I was renting was an active meth dealer, had my car broken into twice , someone tried to force the door open,cannot choose cable provider so after 12 years of paying rent, adios.
There are rules and regulations here, but these are very nice duplexes, affordable, and they provide excellent maintenance when any problem arises.
I've lived here 3 years and it is a wonderful place. I always gotten treated fair and I want to thank you for that. We do have people come in on people on weekends and I don't mind intell they want to scratch people's cars. Mine and my son's car got scratches badly. But it's not the apartments it's the people that don't care. I love it here I feel safe and it's a great place.
