I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership, especially if you are ordering parts. They are an independent Toyota dealer and do not participate in Toyota’s online parts ordering program. My experience with the parts department was very disappointing. They were rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide basic information about the part I needed. The welcome at this dealership is excellent. Rosendo Espinoza was the salesman who helped me. He was very kind and professional. He helped me get a good deal and a reasonable price, It was a 10/10. I highly recommend him. He is patient and listens to what you need. If you want a pleasant experience, look for him.
