Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Would you recommend this nursing home to others? If I Had To Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located
