I love living here and the landlord is manageable and most understanding with rent I was so far behind and I managed to get caught up with all the help she gave me. But again she is so manageable and so patient with rent. As long you do payments at a specific amount, you will get caught up.

This is no place anyone wants to stay. I lived there 3yrs and there were many complaints on my 3 and 4yr old. The management was so rude and backed up on audits. Watch your lease agreement and watch Cathy. She's treating tenants a if they're kids and will call the police for no reasons. I left her place, cleaned my apt and a few months later she placed an eviction on my background. It's removed but all this to make it harder for me as a single mother. Watch her.......

Owners are highly Racist. If you have black children or family they will Trespass you to keep the black ppl away from their property. They also evicted every family that had black children. Even if you have done nothing wrong. They are also infested with bed bugs. I wouldnt let my dog go there. Best advice is to stay far away from this slum lord owned property.
